About our Client
An exciting opportunity to join a market leader in the Oil and Gas industry based in the CBD. My client has several interesting projects on the horizon so require an experienced IT support officer to join their AsiaPac team.
Job Description
You will be working very closely with the Regional IT Manager, assisting with server, network and desktop support for all users within Perth. You will gain hands on experience and become involved in the upcoming projects to centralize and standardize IT systems.
The Successful Applicant
To be successful in this application you must possess the ability to work on your own initiative and to work independently. You will have a proven track record in helpdesk support as you will be the first point of contact for all IT issues. You will need to be able to perform terminal server management and maintenance on a day to day basis and have a strong understanding of ITIL.
Experience in Cisco and VoIP would be highly regarded.
