The Role
You will lead a team to work with users and vendors to provide Business as usual (BAU) Support for Trade and Factoring services.
You will work with cross functional teams to identify and resolve root cause of a problem.
You will perform due diligence when taking over from project teams into BAU mode, manage the BAU Software Release cycles, perform system renew and propose improvement and prevention measures on current systems.
Have a quality mindset with prevention attitude to attain zero defects.
Your Profile
- Have about 10 years of IT experience with at least 5 years in Trade or Factoring related systems and ability to manage teams.
- Technical competent in Window OS for PC, Unix Server Environment, Web Logic, Oracle and Java programming.
- Must be technically competent to provide technical advice to the team and to be involved in minor software changes occasionally.
- Experience in performing root cause analysis of production problems and provide quick service recovery if required.
- Experience in developing and implementing UNIX and/or Web based Application is preferred.
- Experience in managing Software Release cycle.
- Competent in Trade Finance domain.
- Experience in supporting the Webfitas Application will be advantageous.
