You'll provide insights into organisational culture and help align a client's people, processes and technology. As part of a talented team of IT advisory consultants around the world, you'll gain deep subject matter knowledge and valuable experience across a range of industries and global organisations.
Ernst Young's Advisory Services group is seeking experienced Managers and Senior Managers to grow and develop its IT Sourcing capability.
IT Sourcing Managers and Senior Managers work alongside both clients and suppliers across the industry, creating, maintaining and strengthening business relationships across a wide range of sectors and geographies. Working with Partners and Directors, you'll identify, sell and deliver challenging IT Sourcing engagements for Ernst Young.
Your responsibilities as an IT Sourcing Manager:
- Participate in IT sourcing and pan-Advisory engagements
- Assist in managing the financial aspects of engagements by organising staffing, tracking fees and communicating issues to project leaders
- Develop people through effectively supervising, coaching, and mentoring staff
- Conduct performance reviews and contribute to performance feedback for staff.
Qualifications / skills you'll need as an IT Sourcing Manager:
- Development of Sourcing Strategies
- Large scale IT outsource procurement, including ITO and BPO
- Evaluation methods and approaches
- Retained organisation and ITO Target Operating Model development and execution
- Business Case development.
