Italian Associate Real Estate NPLs recruitment
You will be experienced in the management and reporting of a significant portfolio of non-performing commercial real estate loans either with another investor, a bank or a servicer.
The successful candidate will also work with the origination team in the underwriting and due diligence of new transactions in the acquisition of new portfolios.
Although you will manage a pan-European portfolio you will be the team's Italian specialist and it is therefore imperative that you speak Italian fluently.
Degree qualified you will ave excellent academics. You will have excellent financial analysis and modelling skills as well as a good understanding and experience of real estate as an asset class.
The role is based in London and a small amount of European travel may be required.
