Italian Speaking Client Services/ Sales

The role will sit within a newly created team with primary responsibility for providing a consistently high standard of Customer Care to institutional, high net worth and retail customers to maintain both the Company reputation and FSA regulation.

Key Responsibilities:
* Following up internal leads and client applications
* Identifying required documentation and processing all new account applications,
* Ensuring all KYC requirements are met as set by the Compliance Department
* Maintaining a high conversion rate from lead to authorised account whilst remaining fully compliant
* Providing all new accounts holders with appropriate account opening communication in both letter and email formats.
* Identifying and reporting fraudulent applications and rejecting those that do not meet the agreed assessment criteria.
* Explaining the Company's products and services to prospective clients over the telephone and by email.
* Following workflow communications processes to keep regular contact with clients,
* Responding to queries on Trades and Trading Platform
* Processing payments applying necessary security and AML check and resolving any real time deposit errors, to include client deposit and withdrawal requests.
* Promoting prospective client attendance at and supporting the delivery of education programmes and trades shows.
* Assisting with translations and insight for our Italian market

Role Requirements:
* Fluent in Italian (ideally native)
* Ability to multi task
* Sales experience
* Good communication skills
* Customer facing exposure in a financial service environment
* Microsoft knowledge beneficial
