I am looking for an experienced ITIL V3 Change Incident Manager who will help build on my financial clients ITIL based approach to the discipline of incident management. You will be bringing best practice, owning the incident management process, and improve levels of maturity in reporting and analysis, so this role will bring a high level of responsibility and visibility.
This is a permenent based, based inLondonCitynearLiverpool Streetstation. The salary is open depending on the right person.
As the ITIL V3 Change Incident Manager, you will be managing the major incident team, manage the operations centers, and take ownership of the incident management process, bringing new ideas and best practice, as well as ensuring delivery is the main aim.
This role is ideal for someone from a strong service operation/ incident background, who want to take on a role with more responsibility, more visibility and the genuine chance to bring your ideas and bring around long term change.
Requirements
- ITIL V3 certification
- Strong service operations background
- Good experience in incident management and supporting the business
- Team leading/ team management very beneficial
- Experience of managing large scale installations.
- Experience in Banking/ finance is essential to ensure you can appreciate the demands of the environment.
