Our client is one of the UK's most prestigious law firms with a real global presence. The firm is now looking to recruit a talented and driven IT/ IP associate with at least 1 years' PQE to bolster its practice in London.
From the outset, you will gain exposure to a wide range of work from a broad spectrum of clients. Typical work will cover both contentious and non-contentious maters, including advising on advertising and promotion law, digital media content, data security, e-commerce/internet transactions, and developing compliance programmes. As such, you can expect a varied workload of high quality from the outset.
The successful candidate will have excellent academics and a strong IT/IP background gained from a leading City or large regional practice. First-rate technical skills, strong client focus and an enthusiasm to get actively involved in business development are all crucial to the role.
