ITRS Technical Project Lead recruitment
Our client, a tier-1 Investment Bank, is currently looking for an ITRS Technical Project Lead (1 year contract) to be based in Hong Kong for a global imitative aimed at ensuring smooth operations of their Front-Office Production Support environment. The successful candidate will be the responsible for driving the application level monitoring strategy and successful subsequent releases deployments. Responsibilities will also include designing the capacity processes based around Business, System and Component level, working with Front-Office Business in defining their capacity requirements and establishing a Release/ Deployment process governance structure.
Requirements
- 10 years relevant working experience within the Financial sector
- Extensive ITIL implementation experience including Capacity, Availability, Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, Asset Configuration, Service Desk, Release and Service Level Management processes
- Extensive experience with capacity/ performance monitoring tools such as ITRS Geneos, BMC Patrol, Netprobe, IBM Tivoli, Netuitive
- Strong Perl and XML expertise
