Position Summary:Position will partner with team of Facility Solution Specialists within a region to assist in driving sales and improving customer retention through a variety of customer focused activities. Primary Responsibilities:
- Team w/ FSS to maintain existing customer relationships, and ensure FS program compliance, through numerous touch points with customers
- Drive FS sales by organizing, leading and executing different sales campaigns
- Drive retention and sales through customer visits focused on training, product demonstrations, vendor shows and other customer facing activities
- Participate/Lead sales calls on Enterprise accounts that reside in team’s geographic area
- Partner with operations and customer service teams to coordinate and ensure smooth and timely implementations of Facility Solution programs (e.g. dispenser installations) across team’s geographic area
- Serve as point of contact for Business Development teams to answer Facilities related questions
- Serve in the region as an expert in the Breakroom category and participate on sales calls for customers interested in this product set
Basic Qualifications:
- 1-2 years minimum prior related work experience required
- Ability to work and contribute to a team atmosphere of selling
- Strong communication skill set to drive compliance, retention, penetration and problem resolution
- Desire to develop and refine sales skills
- Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills
- Possess and utilize strong organizational skills to effectively manage implementations and to manage ongoing customer order and service needs
- Sense of urgency to provide the best quality and service levels at a competitive price to our customers
- Ability to manage a set territory and physically visit customer locations
- Computer literacy including competency related to MS Windows-based applications
Preferred:
- Bachelor's degree
