Introduction: Montash Associates have been exclusively retained by a Tier One Investment Bank who are looking for an Application Developer to work on multiple exciting fast paced projects within Fixed Income E-Trading.
The Organisation: A world leading Investment Bank, engaged in trading activities across multiple asset classes. This organisation is one of the largest and most prestigious within the Global Financial Sector.
The Team: This individual will be a part of a hardworking team working on exciting projects within the Fixed Income team. This team works with the cutting edge of technology and are looking for an individual with front office experience to work within a fast moving, agile style team. End to end development in all areas such as analysis, design and deployment is important. This individual will be working with lots of exposure to the business and with the prospect of unparalleled career progression for the right individual.
The Skills:
- Strong Core Java knowledge to a low level
- Experience working in a multithreaded environment, test driven development and JVM tuning
- Experience working in low latency and high throughput systems
- Experience within Fixed Income, Credit, Bonds or Derivatives essential
- E-Trading, E-Commerce experience is important
- Computer Science degree or similar
The Package: This bank is looking to attract the best candidate from their competitors to work on these exciting projects, as a result they won’t be beaten on total comp. A base of up to £85,000 plus a very strong discretionary bonus mean that only the best need apply.
