Our client, a leading financial services organisation, is currently seeking an Implementation Manager to join their team.

The purpose of the role is to lead and manage the implementation of new
business sales and specific new business partnership projects. The role deals directly with customers and various internal departments of the business.
For this role you will be involved in the following:
- Leading and implementing new group schemes, including GPP, Stakeholder, CIMP, Buy Out, workplace savings, and investment-only products.
- Working with sales people to identify, understand and meet clients requirements
-Proactively facilitating and managing project meetings with employers, trustees and third-parties.
- Owning all aspects of the implementation of new business at a high level including monitoring and managing risk, budget, service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Working proactively with the wider Corporate Business.
- Maintaining knowledge of the wider DC and workplace savings markets.
- Understanding asset transition management techniques.
- Contributing new ideas and provide input on existing processes.
For this role it is essential you have experience of working in an implementation role within a pensions / insurance environment. You must be Prince 2 qualified and also FPC or equivalent. You will have substantial experience of internal and external relationship management and a proven track record of Project Management, you will also have a comprehensive knowledge of workplace savings market, including group DC Trust and Contract based arrangements.
