Qualifications:

·         Minimum of 8 years of core Java Development experience (Java/JEE).

·         Ability to articulate and evangelize architecture vision to management and stakeholders

·         Demonstrated experience in designing/developing large, transactional, enterprise class systems

·         Command of architecture standards, principles, design patterns, and methodologies

·         Experience with one or more application servers (Weblogic, Websphere, JBoss) is a must

·         Working knowledge of ancillary technologies/tools (portal/portlet development, BPM, SQL, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, Spring, Hibernate, WebServices, rules engines, security/SSO, and UML) is necessary.

·         Excellent communications, team leading, and technical mentoring skills are necessary

·         Performance tuning and capacity planning experience is preferred

·         Bachelor’s degree preferred.
