Java developer required for a blue chip organisation based in southern England, you must have good core Java knowledge and a good understanding of core relational database principles. The ideal candidate will experience developing Cash Management, Fund Management, Settlement or Payment Systems, and be experienced developing with core Java, API, Object Oriented Programming principles and how to implement these in Java. As well as a understanding of the GoF core design patterns, why they are used and how to implement them. You must be a team player and have the following database experience: Transactions and transaction isolation, Entity relationships and data integrity: foreign, unique, primary, compound keys and Core SQL: Joins of various types.
