A tier 1 Investment Bank located in South China are seeking an experienced JAVA Developer to join their dynamic and high energy global team.
The role of the successful JAVA developer will be developing front and middle office systems, involving design, programming, testing, maintaining of the systems with opportunity to build on your business knowledge i.e. derivative products, equities trading systems
Skills required: Excellent knowledge and experience in JAVA components i.e. UI Design, Multi-threading, performance tuning and database experience in DB2 or Oracle OR MySql. Good knowledge of JAVA web technologies i.e. J2EE, Webservices, XML SQL, Javascript. You must have working experience of Spring, Hibernate framework and understanding of Unix/ Linux platform would be highly beneficial towards your application.
My client is in the process of improving the performance of their already sub millisecond low latency trading system and are looking for the best technologists. At present the system is able to process over 600, 000 events per second and the intention is to improve on this so that the system can remain the best in the City.
