Java Developer High Frequency Low Latency Systems Developer
A leading investment bank are seeking to hire a Java Connectivity developer to sit within their Equities Electronic Trading team responsible for the development and maintenance of a low latency connectivity platform that caters to clients engaged in high-frequency trading for equities products. The role requires a good mix of innovation on the next generation platform as well as an ability to work closely with the electronic trading and cash businesses on product delivery
The successful candidate will have a strong experience in high frequency, low latency systems as well as extensive experience in Java, C++, Messaging, Middleware and Unit.
Key Requirements:
* Prior experience with high-frequency, low-latency systems required.
* 5+ of professional Core Java development experience.
* Knowledge of messaging and middleware frameworks a big plus.
* Professional experience working on a Unix/Linux.
* Excellent analytical and communication skills.
* Proactive, delivery and customer focused.
