Java Developer
A Java Developer required by global media client in London. You will join a software engineering team that uses cutting edge technology to provide applications that put the business first for online content, customer service and sales. As a Software Engineer you'll be passionate about technology, enjoy pairing with other smart people and use your agile experiences to ensure your projects succeed. You will work within a fun and fast moving environment with extensive benefits.
Musts
- Smart with a software engineering mentality. Passionate about technology and designing and creating quality software which is scalable, maintainable and has a long shelf life.
- 2-7 years experience, at least 2 years of using Java - software that's actually been delivered to customers
- Experience of design with a thorough understanding of the software engineering process
- Experience of using Enterprise Java
- Good communication skills
- Software Engineering degree, at least a 2.1
Key Responsibilities:
*Develop excellent quality software using agile techniques such as Test Driven Development and Pair Programming
*Drive best technology and software development practices into the team with
passion and enthusiasm
*Participate in regular showcases of new work to the product owners and business stakeholders Requirements/ Skills
