Java Developer Job Description: Our client is seeking a Java SOA Developer for a 6+ month contract assignment in Buffalo, NY with the potential to go longer. On a day to day basis the developer will be responsible for working with the requirement documents to create technical design, setting up and establishing web services, working with the architects to identify source systems, analysis of technical design documents, and interacting with the Services Team to follow all outline SOA standards within specifications. To be qualified for the position the candidate must have experience with 4+ years of Java within an object oriented environment including design and coding. Three or more years of message broker, SOA and web services tools. Candidates must work on a W2 contract, locally in Buffalo, NY.
