Maintain parking lot - Perform minor facility repairs - Preventative maintenance on truck, lawn equipment, and fork lifts - Conduct daily walk throughs, maintain the facility - Maintain a safe facility - Paint plumbing and walls - Groundskeeping - Maintain Air compressors including clean room - Prepare facility for projects - Clean facility as needed - General maintenance - Ability to troubleshoot mechanical and equipment problems - Skilled at operating basic tools and equipment. - Good communication skills (written and verbal) - Basic computer knowledge - Good problem solving skills - Attention to detail
This position generally will have subordinates reporting to him/her and is considered a subject matter expert. This position requires the following job duties: applies cross functional technical knowledge obtained through training and work team experience; understands and can apply HVAC, Pneumatic and Combustion system operating principles in order to measure, calculate and implement, or supervise, the implementation of installations and modification of systems; evaluates equipment (i.e., plumbing, power transmission, etc.)

requirements based upon general project criteria and can implement, or supervise the implementation of complex modifications or new installations; documents and implements preventive and predictive maintenance procedures on hydraulic systems, plumbing, power transmission, etc, such as a failure analysis, problem solving, and/ or continuous improvement process; develops and implements processes to improve reliability and capacity improvements based upon analysis of failure modes and equipment history individually and by working as a member of cross functional teams; analyze system operation for repair, improvement, modification, or replacement whether self performed or by supervising the performance of others; evaluates pump equipment requirements based upon general project criteria and can implement, or supervise the implementation of complex modifications or new installations; understands and can apply plumbing and piping principles in order to measure, calculate and prove proper operation of existing systems; analyze system operation for repair, improvement, modification, or replacement whether self performed or by supervising the performance of others; utilizes software/hardware knowledge of Building automation systems, PID loop controllers, damper control, valve control for HVAC systems; designs PLC systems, implementing safety and diagnostic features as required by applicable codes and good engineering practice;Manpower is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE/AA)
