Java Developer (Spring, Hibernate, Unix) Greenfield E-Trading
A leading investment bank with a significant footprint within the global rates business is seeking to hire a Java Developer with knowledge of Spring Integration, Hibernate, HTML5, TIBCO (Enterprise Messaging), Unix/Linux to play a key role in a major new initiative to define a strategic platform for the capture and management of all derivative products
The successful candidate will be responsible for building out server components into the framework whilst applying best practices and standards ensuring the quality of all serverside code.
Key Requirements:
· Strong core Java and test-driven development (TDD) skills
· Strong experience in the design and development of enterprise scale Java applications
· Strong technical skills across the entire development life cycle
· Good knowledge of relational database systems, preferably Oracle
· Experience in Agile development methodologies and engineering best practices
· Excellent communication skills
· Effective team player
