The Job
To meet our ambitious targets in terms of software creation, we are currently looking for a software developer (m/f).
You are part of a team of 4-6 developers responsible for the continuous development and improvement of the software services in a SaaS model using the latest technologies in software development: JEE6, JSF ... following the Agile methodology.
You take ownership for specific components of the software solution with focus on:
· Development of web-based front-end
· Coding in JEE6
· Development of automated testing (JUnit Testing Framework)
Profile
· Master degree in IT or IT engineering
· Prior experience in development in Java Enterprise applications (JEE5 or preferably JEE6) is a must
· Excellent knowledge of JSF (or equivalent), EJB3, JPA, Hibernate and JMS
· Experience with automated testing (JUnit Testing Framework, Test Driven Development) is a must
· Strong experience in at least one of the following: JBoss Seam framework, OLAP data warehouse technology, UML modelling, real-time monitoring systems, reporting engine like BIRT or JasperReports, high volume databases, NoSQL databases, BPM engine or Event Stream Processing engine
· Prior experience with Agile and story writing
· Experience in massive data processing, monitoring applications, complex event processing and renewable energy is an asset
