Java/Oracle/Python Developer/Singapore office recruitment
Applicant will be immediately responsible for designing, implementing, enhancing, documenting, maintaining and re-factoring large complex software applications and will be involved in the entire software development life-cycle. Right candidate must demonstrate extraordinary knowledge and experience in designing high-performance, reliable and scalable database applications, hands on experience in application development using Java, and Python. As a right applicant you will work very closely with business users in designing and developing new applications and providing maintenance support for the existing applications.
The responsibilities:
Applicant must have:
BS/MS or PhD degree in Computer Science, Engineeering or related technical discipline, with strong foundation in competencies in data structures, algorithms, software design and extensive programming experience.
- Java development experience (at least three years)
- SQL experience (at least two years) with Oracle being a huge plus
- Working in a Linux/Unix environment (at least one year)
- Great communication skills
- Detailed-oriented hard-working
Pluses:
- Oracle stored procedure (PL/SQL) experience
- Python (at least one year)
- Servlet/JSP development experience
- Some Spring experience
