My client are a leading employer within the Welfare to Work sector having recently won a 'One to Watch' award allowing for substantial growth and development from within the company. Due to this expansion an exciting opportunity has arisen for the role of Job Coach.
This exciting role will primarily look to support and mentor individuals journey back into work by providing them with a tailored action plan. This will range from developing a target driven plan through to the continuous support in their sustained employment, ensuring milestones are met throughout the entire process. Management and support for individuals will be coupled throughout this process as a rapport with employers and candidates is vital.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar targeted customer focused role as well as knowledge and experience in the Welfare to Work sector. The candidate should show a genuine interest in the growth and development of others and proven ability to motivate.
