Position Description:
The Joint ISR Analyst will provide ISR training support for the CTCs, primarily at the Joint Readiness Training Center (JRTC). The Joint ISR Analyst will serve as a liaison for ISR TOPOFF, responsible for management and coordination for JRTC related training and mission support matters. The Joint ISR Analyst will support the preparation and execution of JRTC rotations and teach/coach/mentor members of Battalion/Brigade level staffs and intelligence support elements in the integration and synchronization of ISR in order to prepare them for deployments around the world. The Joint ISR Analyst must be an ISR subject matter expert (SME) who has proven collection management abilities during recent operational deployments to OEF/OND.

The ISR A/T develops training material, including Power Point presentations, handouts, pocket-guides, on-line resources, and other intelligence products and media.

The ISR A/T will serve as an instructor on various training materials after completing an internal certification process.

Primary Duties Responsibilities:
- Provide in-depth tactical and operational ISR training on ISR integration and synchronization to Battalion and Brigade level commanders, staffs and intelligence elements, in classroom and field environments
- Serve as liaison between CTC Chief and JRTC
- Develop and present ISR integration and synchronization courseware
- Teach/coach/mentor collection managers at the Battalion/Brigade level on ISR integration and synchronization during training as required
- Train units using a thorough understanding of PIR NAI development, collection strategy and matrixes, tasking and requesting of assets, and cross-queuing of collectors
- Plan, develop, and implement analytical methodologies to address identified operational issues
- Prepare and present the observed and analyzed results from exercises and provide feedback and suggestions for improvement to commanders, staffs and intelligence elements

Required Skills:
- Associate's Degree with acceptable level of related experience.
- Military intelligence professional, ideally a retired Army or Marine Corps senior level Non Commissioned Officer (NCO) or mid-level Commissioned Officer with 10 years of solid JISR intelligence experience
- Ideal candidate should have recent (within last four years) deployment to either OND or OIF with knowledge of ground and aerial ISR collection capabilities, exploitation, and process experience.
- Experience in C4ISR integration with maneuver warfare.
- Superb communication ability, able to read, write, speak with poise and authority is critical
- Willingness to travel both CONUS and OCONUS (20% travel requirement)
- Familiar with Joint and Army operations (to include unit types and mission sets)
- Strong computer-based skills, including word processing, office tools, and graphics programs a must
- Must have a SECRET security clearance and be eligible to obtain a Top Secret/Special Compartmented Information (TS/SCI) clearance.Preferred Skills:
- Previous experience supporting NTC, JRTC, or JMRC as a military instructor or observer/controller is a plus plus.
