Wireless Support Engineer (Field Technical Support)
The Wireless Support Engineer will provide on-site customer support. Will work with tier 2 support team and provide product training and setup.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Hands-on experience with 802.11(WLAN) and 802.3(Ethernet) protocols
  • Programming knowledge in scripting languages such as Tcl and Python.
  • A good working knowledge of Windows OS and Linux.
  • Highly motivated team player with excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and troubleshooting skills.
  • BSCS/BSEE or related computer science.
