Junior Application Support Analyst – Unix, Python, Perl, Shell
My client is a leading Tier 1 Investment Bank located in the financial heart of London. They are currently seeking to employ an intelligent, high-achieving and knowledgeable Application Support Analyst, to join their London support team.
The role will require the successful candidate to join a well-established and high functioning team, and to have a forward thinking attitude towards supporting trading platforms.
The ideal candidate will possess:
· A solid background in Unix
· Technical knowledge of scripting in languages such as; Python, Shell, Perl
· Technical understanding around databases; Oracle, Sybase, MSSQL
· Experience of application support in a financial environment
· Knowledge of asset classes.
