Payroll & Reconciliations Clerk

Working with a housing company in Newton Abbot, Hays are looking to recruit a competent reconciliations clerk with a strong payroll background.

My client are looking for someone to help them out on a very short term project within their accounts department. You will be analysing the companies database and spreadsheets to highlight any variances against their accountants final payroll information. Any variances will need to be investigated and resolved which may involve some data input and chasing paper work.

My client has a payroll for approximately 350 staff and due to the analytical nature of the role, a strong knowledge of payroll and experience working in a payroll position is essential, as is attention to detail and the ability to point out any variances. You will need to be confident in your ability.
