Junior Associate recruitment
The position will expose the chosen candidate to many aspects of the investment advisory profession (including potential exposure to investment vehicles such as venture capital, hedge funds, private equity and fixed income). Training will be provided as required for information gathering and tracking, but the candidate must have excellent writing, computer, and communication skills.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Create rapport with new and existing points of contact within a multitude of investment organizations; cultivate a deep understanding of these investment organizations and their reporting practices; develop ongoing relationships to assemble and track relevant information
- Develop an understanding of multiple internal departments and facilitate communication between staff and other relevant parties
- Handle additional responsibilities as your experience and capabilities allow
Qualifications:
- Candidates must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
- Bachelor’s degree; business and finance majors preferred but not required
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Hours: 8:30 to 5:30 with occasional overtime
Compensation: 40,500 + full benefits package
