(Junior) Business Analyst Market Data recruitment

Your main responsibilities

• As part of a team of Business Analysts, work on, and propose solutions for business requirements and problems.
• Develop comprehensive requirements specifications with an accurate estimate of cost, time and resources
• Participate in several change and improvement projects and programs
• Support the development of business cases and the prioritisation process
• Co-ordinate and monitor execution of the proposed solutions
• Support the determination of the strategic roadmap

Your experience and skills

• 2+ years of relevant experience within an asset/investment management organisation
• Customer management skills (communication and presentation)
• Excellent people skills
• Business analyst and process design skills
• Experience with Instrument/Pricing or Market Data would be an advantage

Your competencies

• Fluency in English (Dutch is a bonus)

The ING IM Business Technology Management (BTM) teams align plans with business priorities and ensure that Technology resources are deployed appropriately to fulfil and execute approved demand for technology services. BTM develops Technology solutions that provide sustainable value to the business by maximising benefits and minimising one-off and ongoing delivery risk.
The BTM for Data Integration and Reporting services all Data and Reporting initiatives across ING IM.  Our internal clients are many and varied, although the principal direct clients for this specific role are the Data Management teams in Den Haag. The main applications to be used within this role is Cadis EDM.  Much of the development within IIM is outsourced, and completed offshore, and there will be a significant amount of contact with non Dutch speakers.  However, within the Cadis team there is an opportunity to be involved directly in development as necessary.
