For our client, an International Private Bank, we are looking for a

Junior Business Development Manager (m/f)
for a permanent position in Geneva

Your Duties:

Reporting to the Head of Business Development, EMEA, you will:

Identify new business opportunities and assist the Relationship Managers in acquiring new clients and assets
Liaise with other branches of the Bank to get information on where the Front teams should focus
Liaise with external introducers (lawyers, etc) in order to reach new clients and businesses. The geographical area focus is Switzerland + other secondary locations in Western Europe.
Work very closely with internal and external relationship managers and sales to drive the business developments
Represent the Bank at a group level and plan both internal and external events where other Private Banking staffs can attend and bring ideas
Coach the front office teams in order to improve performances

Your Qualifications:

University degree
5 years of experience in business development within a private Bank on an EMEA scope. A successful sales background in Switzerland is necessary.
Fluency in both French and English is required
The right candidate should be a leader, with strong negotiation skills and a natural ease for team building and team motivations
