Junior Client Services Executive/Client Relationship Manager
Salary for role = $45k basic + $10k in bonus per year!
The company have a world leading team of research analysts who specialise in research linking Macro themes and country forecasts to their affect on 22 industry sectors in 175 different countries. If you are someone who enjoys discussing world economic trends and global business and what to be doing this with senior executives in a leading research firm - then this is the role for you.

The Role
- Acting as first point of contact for clients, dealing with questions queries
- Adding value to the product by helping clients to use the research and helping them identify business opportunities and manage their risk exposure through the research
- Maintaining relationships and managing client process, makign sure clients are 100% happy and communicated with regularly
- Servicing clients requests
- Identifying opportunities for further up-sell and cross-sell of research and relaying these opportunities to the senior sales staff
- Clients include fortune 500 business and multi national financial institutions across the US, Canada and Latin America
