Senior Manager
Our client, an internationally recognized and respected management consultancy, is seeking a talented senior manager to join and expand a newly created team that focuses on regulatory outsourcing. The position is multi-faceted looking at business development, building the practice and running hands on projects in the regulatory outsourcing space for both the Financial services and life sciences markets.
The successful candidate will be expected to:
- Define and execute go-to-market strategy in the assigned region
- Build executive relationships at C-suite executive levels in client organizations
- Make sales presentations to key decision makers effectively selling the capabilities, credentials and delivery methodologies
- Identify client business needs, develop and present proposals for customized business solutions
- Manage multi-national opportunity pursuit teams and engagement teams
- Negotiate and close business contracts
- Identify further client business needs, develop and present solutions
- Must have strong experience managing outsourcing and/or offshoring engagements
- Must have Experience working with onsite-offshore engagement delivery and outsourcing business model
Required experience includes:
- 8+ years experience in IS auditing, controls implementation or information systems or statistical analysis
- Strong consulting and regulatory experience in Financial Services or life sciences vertical is required with a minimum of 8+ years experience in regulatory compliance
- Experience managing outsourcing and/or offshoring engagements
- Experience with data analytics, managed analytics is preferred
- Ability to manage engagements, clinch large deals and chase a revenue target.
