Junior Consultants / Research Consultants recruitment

The key responsibilities for the roles will include:
- Supporting the senior consultants working in the finance and banking space with mid-level to senior assignments.
- Developing a solid understanding of clients and prospective clients’ needs and requirements for the team
- Research, identify and approaching relevant candidates by: (1) placing adverts in a wide range of media; (2) receiving and reviewing applications, managing interviews and short-listing candidates; and (3) conduct market/candidate research as relevant so as to be able to advise clients and prospective clients on the current market environment.
Requirements:
- Strong academic background with a degree in business discipline from a university in the U.S. or the U.K.
- Drive, ambition, ability to work under pressure good interpersonal skills
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and work independently
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous experience in executive search and/or finance a plus, but not required.
