Junior Contracts Attorney – 2011 & 2012 JD’s (top academics) recruitment

As a Commercial Contracts Attorney you will work across the business as part of the Corporate Legal Department and be responsible for drafting, reviewing and negotiating a wide variety of contracts including: NDA's, customer vendor contracts and consulting agreements etc.

The Attorney will also be responsible for ad hoc projects and other general legal and compliance housekeeping.

You will be a Junior Attorney with no more than two years work experience and ideally be working at a Financial Institution.

You will ideally be JD (2011 or 2012) qualified Attorney and posses broad commercial contracts experience or have developed this experience during interrnships OR between college and law school.

You will exhibit strong organizational and forward thinking skills as well as exceptional communication skills.

You will be energetic, self-motivated, team-oriented and be comfortable working in a fast paced environment.
