Digital Web Designer/Developer - junior position - Kingston upon Thames £18k to £22k pa depending on experience this is for a permanent position to join an established creative/digital agency.
You will have a passion for all things digital and emerging technologies.
Client is looking for a driven and exceptionally talented digital developer/designer to work within a small creative team delivering excellent, interactive and web projects for a range of clients from SME to major household brands. The work will range from building, developing and refining fully compliant websites, micro sites, social media tools, email campaigns, Apps and advertising.
You will be responsible for developing and communicating interactive web solutions from inception to completion. Working within an experienced creative team and dealing directly with clients, you must be eloquent and clear on the phone and on Skype.
You should be able to demonstrate technical excellence and creative flair via a strong online portfolio.
You must understand and prove you fully appreciate the fine nuances of typography and can interpret any layout to 100% accuracy. These are must-have skills!
Web development and design
HTML + CSS
Javascript / jQuery
CMS dev skill
HTML email creation
Fluent in the Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop / Fireworks / Flash / Indesign / Dreamweaver
Video editing, motion graphics or mobile AppDev experience would be a huge advantage for you. Strong communication skills and a talent for problem solving.
