Junior HR Business Partner Job in Amstelveen 1185 Xb, Noord Holland Netherlands

This is a varied role for a Junior HR Business Partner who support the HR Business Partners with the implementation of business strategy through effective people strategies. Design and deliver agreed levels of HR services in line with European HR processes.
Key Tasks:
- Work with the HR Director and HR Business Partners to develop and deliver local HR initiatives that support pan-European strategies and policies.
- Be aware of Canon’s corporate objectives and ensure that HR Business Plans support the achievement of these locally in Canon Europe Head Office. Including talent and succession plans, employee survey actions.
- Support the HR Business Partners to provide agreed levels of a full HR service to the organization e.g. recruitment, development, training, performance management, employee relations, compensation and benefits.
- Support and advise in the evaluation and compensation of employees.
- Keeping records of absenteeism and support in Arbo related topics.
- Facilitate and support change initiatives, influencing management to operate within our guidelines.
Essential Requirements
The most important requirements for this position are your enthusiasm and drive for excellence. In addition, the ideal candidate must possess and meet the following requirements:
- Bachelor or Master degree in Human Resources
- Good in English, both oral and in writing
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience
- Relevant work experience in a similar position;
- Knowledge of Oracle and ADP is a plus.
