We are currently recruiting for the position of
Junior Investment Administrator (m/f)
Primary responsibilities:
- Supporting the private equity Fund Administration team in day to day operations
- Processing of capital calls, distributions and reporting information from private equity fund investments
- Communication with General Partners of portfolio funds
- Handling all portfolio related administration
- Supporting U.S. and German tax compliance
Candidate profile:
- University degree in finance or accounting or similar
- Numerate and accurate, with a strong attention to detail
- Solid communication and organisational skills
- Pro-active team player with enthusiastic approach to learning
- Fluent in German and English
- Candidate must have a strong work ethic, professional demeanour and appearance
