Responsibilities

· Oversee the delivery and execution of all assigned projects in line with the clients' expectations, either individually as a project manager or partner with another Implementation Advisor who serves as the project manager.

· Responsibilities on account opening and client documentation, inclusive of client documentation negotiations.

· Provide support and guidance for the Implementation and solution perspective, where required/requested, to Sales Officers during the sales process and review client proposals.

· Lead or participate in internal initiatives/projects representing the voice of the business, taking ownership and deliver the execution of these projects. Traveling may be required. Attending conference calls after office hours may be required.

· Ensure that Implementations/projects are delivered in accordance to the Six Sigma change process and the implementation Time-to-Revenue discipline, using the Asia Implementation Procedures as guidelines.

· Project management, internal coordination and client communication for implementing treasury management solutions, includes:

- Effect thorough takeover of mandated deals in order to ensure smooth and timely delivery of new services to clients.

- Work with clients and operations to manage client documentation requirements.

- Provide technical support and training to clients.

- Effect implementation closure and handover to Treasury Service Advisors.

Requirements

· At least 5 years' working experience in client services, implementation, product management, project management and/or operations.

· Associates are expected to possess a strong track record of corporate banking product implementation, focused on the delivery of treasury and cash management solutions for corporate clients and/or financial institutions.

· Knowledge on corporate banking products, web-based electronic banking platforms and H2H solution.

· A good understanding of in-country banking systems, account and liquidity structures as well as payment delivery systems would be an added advantage.

· Knowledge/experience on account opening process and client documentation requirements.

· Excellent presentation, communication, problem solving skills and a team player.

· A proactive learner and self-starter seeking continuous improvement in all job-related aspects

· Experience of working in an Asia/Global environment.

· Good written and oral English and Cantonese, Mandarin would be a plus.
