About our client
Our client is a leading private equity investment manager and advisor for institutional investors in Germany and currently manages more than €1.8 billion in assets in a range of alternative assets including private equity, mezzanine and venture capital. They are now launching an infrastructure and energy product as well.
Responsibilities
- Analyse a wide range of fund opportunities, and work on due diligence projects, including meeting management teams and conducting detailed reviews of performance and strategy
- Support senior colleagues in preparing investment committee memoranda and in executing new investments, and be involved in ongoing asset management and reporting
- Contribute to co-investment opportunities and be fully involved in the diligence process
Skills we’re looking for
- Successful academic credentials – relevant university degree
- Previous professional experience related to infrastructure within investment banking, consultancy or private equity would be an advantage
- Keen interest in alternative asset classes and the international market for infrastructure and energy funds
- Strong analytical and modelling skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, team player
- Fluent German and English
