Junior Investment Analyst
This property investment manager based in Perth invests in assets across the office, industrial, retail, leisure and residential real estate sectors. They seek properties that are distressed, and look to create value through hands on asset management.
The company is growing and is looking to add a junior investment analyst into their team. You will be responsible for research and financial analysis of all aspects surrounding potential deals as well as presenting to the Investment Committee, external investors and other external parties.
It is expected that you will have an exceptional academic background, and will have spent some time in the real estate sector as an analyst – such as within investment banking, a property fund or within chartered accounting. It is not necessary to have a track record of investing in real estate assets, but you must have some experience within real estate and understand the sector. The role is Perth based, with significant travel to assets around Australia. This role is an excellent opportunity for a real estate specialist to make the move into investment management.
