Junior Operations Executive

 

Supporting the Operations Executives in their day to day duties.

To be a “hands on” team member involved in the day to day execution of WWS product flows in and out of warehouse by truck, barge, vessel and rail, and stock management and associated administration.

Understanding the customer needs in all different products and providing first class customer service.

Responsibilities:

  1. Timely execution of deliveries to minimize costs and maximize profit
  2. Smooth and adequate information flow (written and verbal) between internal customers and 3rd parties
  3. To take responsibility for third party service orders and the processes required
