We are currently looking for a dynamic person to join our team in Red Deer.
As a Junior Recruiter, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Identify candidate opportunities for full-time placements/contract assignments
- Identify, pre-screen, interview, and evaluate candidates to understand their career objectives
- Answer the phone, greet customers and candidate
- Deliver high quality service to clients and candidates by matching skill sets to client needs
