Description

The Junior Service Delivery Manager takes ownership of the service quality across a product line/product lines for a designated client/designated clients. The Junior Service Delivery Manager takes responsibility for the client(s) governance, SLA creation and maintenance and for defining, agreeing and monitoring KPIs. He/she will be the clients/clients advocate within BNY Mellon. The Junior Service Delivery Manager will assist the Relationship Manager with the handling of client change requests and new product implementation. He/she will be expected to fulfil a lead role in owning and overseeing the on-boarding process for new clients.

Educated to degree level or equivalent
