Hays Healthcare is very pleased to be working alongside an NHS orthopaedics centre in Epsom, Surrey, in search of an experienced Junior Sister/ Charge Nurse/ ODP. The facility has been tipped as the biggest joint replacement service in the UK and possibly even Europe. The sight is modern and set in the picturesque market town of Epsom, Surrey. It is easily commutable via train from London Waterloo, London Victoria, Sutton, West Croydon and Dorking.

Daily duties will include providing a consistently high quality of care to patients, assisting with the up-keep of centre standards, reputation and procedures, providing guidance and mentorship to junior staff and assisting in the recruitment and retention of staff alongside the senior sisters, charge nurses and clinical lead.

Education and progression are a big part of this role; it is important that any candidate will have a keen attitude towards learning and embrace the expert advice that will be at their fingertips on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will be NMC or HPC registered (RN or ODP), possess relevant Elective Orthopaedic experience, have management and leadership skills and have the ability to scrub for a range of different orthopaedic procedures.
