Junior Software Developer recruitment
You will be working both independently / in a small team to develop modular components of a very successful high frequency trading system. This system will be used in-house by our traders on various regional and global exchanges. You will work with Senior Developers, traders and directly with the CEO so you will receive a high level understanding of the entire design, testing, implementation and end use process.
The candidate will be able to grow rapidly into an owner and architect of large parts of code in this critical system.
Requirements:
- Very comfortable with programming in C++ , and proficiency in all languages
- Very comfortable with Unix socket-level network programming
- GPU Programming knowledge a major plus
- Experience in Multithreaded programming using either pthreads or boost-threads
- Experienced in programming in a high concurrency environment
Experience working in high frequency trading is of course a plus, however it is not essential and any knowledge of the financial markets or other low latency critical systems would be applicable.
