Junior Technical Support

For one of our clients, we are looking for a team member as a consultant. This person could be hired by the client in the future.

Junior Technical Support

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for client's team members on a daily basis

• Prepare technical documentation

• Diagnose and resolve technical problems (Leased Lines, Windows Profile, Access right, Email, Blackberry, etc.)

• Replace defect computer and install all software needed by users

• Oversee workarounds and suggest improvements to enhance quality

• Manage relationship with suppliers for problem-solving and hardware replacement

• Act as the local intermediator for the client’s head of IT team located in Paris

Requirements:

•   1-3 years professional experiences in technical support for a financial company

•   Good knowledge in IT tools used in financial company : Bloomberg, OMS, PMS

•   Good knowledge in Microsoft Office 2010

•   Good command in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

•   Knowledge in French is a plus
