Junior Web Developer
You’ll be working in a small team alongside experienced Full-stack / PHP / Drupal developers. Working in two-week agile sprints using scrum methodologies you’ll play an active role throughout the whole sprint cycle. Our platform is built in a LAMP environment and we use PHP with Drupal 7 (+ some symfony components) as well as jQuery, lots of Sass compass with a custom frontend framework.
You’ll be coached by an experienced developer who is involved in running a web development training programme and wants to see you progress into an awesome dev. During the first few weeks you’ll run through our curriculum of training material while getting to know the platform. As you skill up you’ll quickly take ownership over some areas of the platform and be deploying to the live site.
You’ll be encouraged to contribute your ideas toward the platform and help the business grow in any way you can. You’ll also be encouraged to investigate useful new technologies such as Node.js React.js.
We believe in working as a team in an open and supportive environment where everyone’s input is valuable.
