THE ROLE:

An outstanding Key Account Manager position has arisen with one of the UK's leading supplier of plant and tool hire solutions. This Regional Account Manager position will involve selling the company's full product portfolio including access equipment, handling equipment, plumbing products and construction tools to name but a few. Selling heavily to contractors including demolition, groundworks, facilities management companies, ME contractors, heating contractors and ventilation contractors across a Birmingham and West Midlands sales territory. This Business Development role will require that your sales, new business and account management capabilities are first class, reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, you are fully responsible for hitting all your targets for the sales area.

Following sustained periods of growth when many competitors have struggled, this market leader has created an additional position on their sales team. ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

• Demonstrable sales experience from within a related plant and tool hire industry.
• Must have sold and dealt with mentioned routes to market.
• Up to date knowledge and contacts specific to sales territory.
• Proven key account management experience.
• Dynamic new business hunter.
• Proven track record of sales achievements.
• Strategic networker.
• Excellent communicator across all verticals.
• Autonomous and entrepreneurial approach to sales.
• Adept in fast paced sales environment.
• Career orientated.

THE PACKAGE:

Basic Salary: £25,000-£35,000 basic (dependent upon experience)
Commission: Excellent anticipated 1st year OTE Uncapped!!!
