Key Account Manager – Automotive

Our client specialises in the outsourced management of motor manufacturers internal fleets. This role will involve building multi level relationships across all of their brands and advising them on the best way to utilise their resources. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Account Manager to join a business currently in a growth period and will give you the chance to work with a renowned motor manufacturer.

THE COMPANY

Our client is a market leader in captive fleet management and vehicle processing. They are experts when it comes to all the elements of vehicle lifecycle management. This will include managing the manufacturer’s demo, press, rental and internal fleets.

They operate from 4 sites across the UK and together the sites provide over 160 acres of vehicle storage space and 250,000 square foot of vehicle processing and refurbishment facilities.

 Due to rapid growth they are currently looking for a Key Account Manager to strategically develop a new product based around CRM and manufacturers demo fleets such as providing outbound and inbound call handling facilities. THE ROLE

As Key Account Manager your responsibility will be to retain, develop and grow the relationship with one of the major motor manufacturers. You will be building relationships across all of their various departments to ensure increase in market share. The focus of this particular Key Account Manager role will be to look after the manufacture’s demo, press, company car and rental fleets.

You will also be working closely with the customer services team to ensure that service levels are at the highest standard possible. Furthermore, you will also be liaising with the new business team working with them on new opportunities within your accounts.
