The main purpose of the role is manage the largest global key account of the company, building relationships with key stakeholders in order to support that account's needs and ensure superior service levels are maintained from your team.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationship with the key account stakeholder
- Design and implement strategies with relevant internal stakeholders to create excellent service levels to support that key account's customers
- coordinate efforts among all globally based locations to provide consistency of service
- Mentor the call centre and other service providers that are located in various branches around the world
Key Skills and Experience
The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- Significant financial services industry experience
- Strong relationship management skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Significant experience in account management
