Style Experts/Keyholder

RESPONSIBILITIES:   STYLE EXPERTS/KEYHOLDERS ARE ENTRUSTED WITH THE MOST VALUABLE COMPANY ASSET – THE CLIENT.  EVERYTHING BUT WATER RELIES ON FIT SPECIALISTS/KEYHOLDERS TO PROVIDE EVERY CLIENT WITH EXTRAORDINARY SERVICE.

 

THOUGH THE DUTIES DESCRIPTION FOR A STYLE EXPERT OR KEYHOLDER REMAINS THE SAME, THE MAIN DIFFERENCE BETWEEN A STYLE EXPERT AND A KEYHOLDER RELATES TO CONTINUOUSLY APPLYING ABILITY FOR OPENING AND CLOSING RESPONSIBILITIES. 

Overview:

Supports the Store Management team, in the achievement of the store’s goals, by providing a positive shopping experience to our customers, through the effective execution of the selling and service culture of Everything But Water

 

Core Accountabilities:

Revenue Generation:

·                                 Achieve/Exceed personal sales goals and performance metrics while working as a team member to contribute to the overall stores total revenue goals.

·                                 Achieve company UPT, ADS and HPR standards.

·                                 Service every client using the Five Non-Negotiable Sales Standards.

·                                 Develop product knowledge and awareness of competitors’ products.

·                                 Project a professional image.

·                                 Complete projects as assigned.

·                                 Contribute to store organization and housekeeping.

·          Exceed personal selling goals

·          Achieve company UPT and ADS standards

·          Complete all Daily Planner Sales Achievement paperwork daily and weekly

·          Surpass the clients’ expectations every day

·          Service every client using the Six Non-negotiable Sales Standards according to the Selling With Passion Program

·          Follow proper procedures for processing sales/returns transactions

·          Minimize shrinkage through attentive customer service

·         Develop product knowledge and awareness of competitors’ products

·          Contribute to store organization and housekeeping

·          Project a professional image

·          Participate in store/staff meetings

·          Complete projects as assigned
